Technically, Hasbrouck Heights does have a train station, the "Teterboro" station, which is actually in HH on the Teterboro border. It's hard to get to and it's not a main stop on the Pascack Valley Line, I'll give you that. But the 163/164 NJ Transit buses run down the whole town very frequently.

I just briefly glanced at zillow. You can do your own research. All I know that my friends couldn’t find a renovated house in milnes or radburn out of flood zone w/o a major flaw for their 650k budget. Paramus is selling well because of the low property tax. Fair Lawn is also out of inventory. Why do you think the schools are overcrowded? Low demand?
