Union County is pretty much next to NY. Not sure how that can be considered Central.

By virtue of being south of North Jersey but north of South Jersey.

If your county shares a border with New York City, then you are automatically disqualified as being part of Central Jersey.

Umm that “rule” would leave Middlesex and Monmouth out too.

Compromise. Anything in Union County that's east of the GSP isn't central. But I live on the western edge of the county. It's central NJ.

Having grown up in Utah, then lived in NYC for 30 years, my accent is all messed up. And the other day I caught myself calling some little kids "honeys", picked up from my time in PA.
