Hello people,

We are considering to buy townhouses in the Riverside Court, Secaucus and had couple of questions.

1. We found that they recently won a litigation. Is it a good sign and will that be a benefit down the line for resell.

2. There is a huge mall coming up across the river (Rutherford). Will that be positive sign and bring value to the house?

3. How about Elementary Schools?

4. We also looked at townhouses in WoodRidge (Pulte and Wright Place). But the only concerning point for us is the property taxes. Anyone in the similar situation?

If anyone has other information from their research in the area please do let us know.
