I suppose there is some degree of risk involved but for the size of the items OP described, I doubt anyone would even really care.

Most security footage is only reviewed after the fact if at all. If it was a bomb they'd go back and track down this person but extra garbage that the truck isn't even going to notice? Maybe if there's a live security guard they might come out and have a look but it's only because they're bored.

But nobody's going to be watching the tapes the next morning to see if someone dumped some extra garbage in.
