Hi everyone! I'd love to get some feedback on South Amboy NJ. Looking to maybe buy one of the townhomes on the water. Seem really great in price, and are nice with the convenience of the train and water close by. However, I heard someone talk about section 8 near by? Is it dangerous? Is it mixed in with the new townhomes? I am seeing that certain townhomes are cheaper than other by the train.
Demographic wise, from my understanding it is predominantly polish/irish. Is it still that?
I thought Perth Amboy was super no good? Looked online at the townhomes by the water, but was told the whole town was super no?
