I'll vote Democrat because I would love the entire State of New Jersey to look as progressive or more than San Francisco. Needles, feces, homeless, drugs, taxes, regulations......how can you not go for it?
The two paragraphs were not necessarily related. Turning the Senate blue isn’t because I think it will reverse the Trump tax bill. Trump would never sign such a repeal. There are many, many reasons the Senate needs to be blue.
If Hugin was an Eastern establishment Republican, I might believe he would provide leadership. But if he turns out to be a Southern radical Republican, he’ll just be another pro-corporate, anti-labor wingnut. I’m not taking the chance.

Also what you defined here as your qualities the reasons against supporting a Republican is everything the President of Venezuela agrees with. Scary.
Many of us would love for you republicans to leave NJ.
