We are looking to move out of Tinton Falls but need to stay somewhat local for family. We found a lovely townhome in a very small development on Victor Avenue close to Broadway in West Long Branch, right on the Long Branch border. There is a check cashing place on the corner and a lot of car repair shops; the area looks somewhat run down. There is a diner and Dunkin Donuts within walking distance on Broadway. Is this a safe area? It would just be my husband and myself. I would rather be closer to 71 in WLB, but haven't been able to find anything in our price range that doesn't need a lot of work. These townhouses are somewhat new and really beautiful. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you!
