Another OB/GYN in the Livingston/West Orange area who is very good is Dr. Klatchko - also affilliated with St. Barnabas.
Where in South Jersey are you? Would you recommend who you use now? I still go up north to Dr. Crane.

thanks.

I have to agree with the general concensus here.. we had friends who gave birth to twins about 2 months early and they did an absolutely amazing job at St. Barnabas. It all comes down to the NICU unit I guess.

Default Stay away from dr. susan cocoziello in elmwood park!

\Whatever you do,do not pick dr.susan cocoziello in elmwood park who needs to get her license revoked. She's to old,to rude,to impatient, and on top of all that misdiagnosed many of her patients and actually almost killed them too.

Just be careful with St. Barnabas. If you are interested in a VBAC; they will not allow it. Any OB affiliated with St. Barnabas is not permitted to do a VBAC, even if it is your choice.

Two recommendations:

Englewood - Dr. Steven Jaffe. He is wonderful - very warm, caring and genuine.

Hoboken - 1131 Washington St, Hoboken Dr. Migliaccio
Same comments as above!

Both are excellent doctors!

I used to work at St Barnabas, and yes, if something goes wrong there is no better place to be. The NICU is top notch. They have more deliveries than any other hospital in NJ.

That being said, the biggest complaint I would hear from patients is that it is like a baby mill. When L&D gets busy, it gets BUSY. If you happen to be there at that time and you aren't in need of urgent care at the moment, you may feel that personal attention is a little lacking.

Anthony Quartell is one of the best. He delivered both of my children.

I forgot to mention, the group that I am with now is awesome as well but they are out of the Wayne area...Associates in Womens Health. Drs. Cohen, Domnitz & Neuman (there maybe a few others, not sure). They are AWESOME. Dr. Cohen delivered my daughter and both of my nephews and Dr. Neuman delivered my son. They have 2 offices one in Wayne and one in Oak Ridge. They go to Chilton.

This is not good. She does happen to be my doctor, I see her maybe once a year for a check up and my Nuva ring scripts which she recommended and happens to be a God send. Please tell me more about what you know, I can't believe she would misdiagnose so many of her patients. How do you know this?

I would highly recommend Dr Bentolila in Ridgewood.

I would stay away from Cynthia Sagullo in Wyckoff.
