hackensack hospital building another parking lot? (condominium, house, school)

Does anyone have any information on the new parking garage being built by the hackensack hospital? I'm looking at condo's in that area and just found this info:

If the project is approved as planned, the garage would be next door to the in-ground pool at her condominium complex. I haven't been in that area in a while but I can tell you it's a very high stress congested area. Lots of traffic. If that environment is something you wouldn't mind then Hackensack is probably for you.

Well, the area I've looked at is not that bad.. the side streets where the condo would be. My concern is that the parking garage seems to be planned for adjacently to a condo I'm considering. I can't seem to get any specific info on it though.
