I am in need of an excellent obstetrician who is affiliated with The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, NJ—preferably a female. I am approximately 4 weeks pregnant and am not happy with my current OBGYN located in Englewood. I would love to hear your recommendations!

I had a great experience with Valley Center for Women's Health Valley Center For Women's Health They are a group though, with both male and female but they were all great. You could choose which doctor you want for delivery.
I had to go through the same process with them. But after the first appointment, it's easier. Be careful with OB's that can give you a very early appointment. Usually they're not as good as the ones that are difficult to book. I went with one OB that gave me the earliest date but months later.. my experience was so bad with their service.. I couldn't take it.. I transferred to valley center during my 6th month! Take care and whichever doctor you choose, you certainly made the right choice with the hospital.. very good nurses and staff plus there's valet parking
Btw, The private rooms are huge and nice. I had to pay extra because insurance only pays for semi-private but the additional cost was worth it.
Dr.Bentolila -- across the street from Stop & Shop. He delivered my daughter 8 years ago. Phenomenal doctor! Would not switch for the world.
I could not agree more! Highly personalized attention, great bedside manner.
If you tell the receptionist you are pregnant, almost any doctor should give you an appointment between 8-10 weeks. The long waits are usually just for well appointments. If they still make you wait, it's not really an option, as you need prenatal care.
Dr. Bentolilia male or female? I think I'm looking for a new doctors as well, but I'm a "must be female" type. Sorry, want them to have the same plumbing I do! You need to UNDERSTAND what a cramp is. LOL
I need to choose my OB this week and I have recommendation for 4 OBs.
