For sure! With NJ transit train into NYC right there and Lakeland bus down the road with bus into NYC, Dover is ripe for gentrification, would be a commuters dream. People should buy now, young people, while housing is still reasonable for Morris County, and Dover even in its current state is not that awful.

i seriously think so too. The kubert school is expanding. I think that fire spurred gentrification. They're building more housing. I think its going to attract a lot of millennials.

While it has a train and bus service it’s a very long ride to nyc.

Yes it is but people do it every day. Ever been on that train round 6:30 AM or 4 to 7 PM, you're lucky to find a seat.

They also have express buses during rush hours, direct into NYC.

Yes it will and the downtown area would be a nice walkable downtown.
Aren't they building apts/condos right there by train station before you cross the tracks and go up the hill? The street name escapes me.

I went to missy's cafe in rockaway today. It was good. Morris county needs more places like that
