Property taxes in Glen Ridge and Millburn

Enclaves of southern Montclair. But for the taxes you pay to run up against some not so nice areas it isn’t worth it. I second union county.

Bloomfield schools are very inferior. As is Clifton. Just because a map suggests one flows into the other doesn’t make it so.

And as someone else suggested - I am not a broker trying to amp up GR. Just a resident that works in commercial real estate with an interest in following the resi markets
