I recently passed a diner (looks like an old car hop) on Route 70 and I'm sure it looks like it's been there for 50 years plus.
They had a sign out front that Tues is Cruise night. Pretty sure we also passed the Red Lion diner on the left side and this diner was down the road a bit.
A lot of nice diners in NJ. My favorite is Angelo's in Glassboro. Smaller portions which I like with reasonable prices.

Angelo's in Glassboro -
I worked in the area and ate just about all of lunches there. Roast turkey platter was my favorite. When really hot, tuna fish on whole wheat. Best coffee I have ever had..

I've been there for ice cream and cruise night. There used to be a produce, farm stand just up the road. They sold berries from Four Winds Farm in Tabernacle. The farm and the stand have been gone for a long time, but I'll never forget those berries.

The Hub Cap store was in that area.
Find it rather strange that the cruise nights start in Aug and not when it first gets warm soon.

The Hub Cap store was in that area. And I've never been to the Red Lion Inn. There's a story behind that name.
Any diner recommendations for Central Jersey around Woodbridge, Edison area? We've been in NJ for nearly 3 years and still haven't visited a diner yet...
