can anyone give me some info on warren county and its towns? also looking into phillipsburg town. i am from north jersey and have never been to this area. any info would help

Warren is not bad, Phillipsburg can have a few dicey areas, but in comparison to NE Jersey don't worry. There is Washington, Belvadiere, etc.
Warren and Sussex Counties of NJ are nice quiet areas,, for now

I live in Morris county, but on the east end. I love Jenny Jump State Forest which is in Warren County. Check it out when you have the chance.

Warren County is for the most part, rural and quaint. There are many very old, small villages tucked away on country roads like Harding, Johnsonburg, Allamuchy etc. There are many small farms. P'burg is the largest town, it is a blue collar, hard scrabble river town.
