One race regardless of the race. So, it’s not a huge priority. Schools are the biggest thing.
NJ tends to have towns and communities based upon different cultures, ethnicities that are more homogenous to themselves. Just saying from personal observation diverse areas tend to be the areas to avoid for schooling.

My sister works in Washing state as an ESL classroom aide. She also works with small groups in a classroom with the students who need the most help. Apple. Banana. Carrot. You've got to start somewhere.

Her district doesn't rate well because of this. Diversity isn't necessarily a bad thing, but too much can overwhelm a school system.
