Just certain parts? My entire back yard is like that. I've got water coming into my garage... from below. My sump pump has been running for the first time since I moved in.

It all depends on your topography/drainage. Most of our property is pretty well drained but mowing around our pond is difficult, which makes sense because its the lowest point.

i checked on my grass babies this morning. its not going to be very thick but its a lot better than it was. it was completely scorched dead spot.

i am going to name it Khaleesi. I will let it choose its own gender when the time comes.

that little piece at the end seems to be something the website adds to throw on some ad revenue for themselves. i sometimes remember to remove it but i forgot this time.

so my new baby grass is at the point where you can barely tell that there was a patch of grass totally missing. im very happy with the result.

the only problem is that it worked so well that my wife wants me to fill in other patches. i think its too late at this point but i picked up some to fill in some more and will hope for the best.

ill hold off until fall. here is a recent picture of the patch that was 100% dead. i had such success, im thinking about doing the rest myself in the fall. i probably wont, we will see what my company wants to charge me.
