Hi - looking to buy a townhouse in the Cambridge heights community in Nutley. Wondering if people had any thoughts on the community?

It is a very nice, well-maintained community. My brother and sister-in-law recently put an inherited unit in that development on the market, and it sold within one week for the exact price that they had requested, so there does seem to be some demand for units in Cambridge Heights.

thanks for the response. Did your brother live there? If so how did he like it?

No, he and his wife visited one of her relatives there on a frequent basis. That relative was the person from whom they inherited the unit. However, they were there often enough to form a very positive impression of the development.
