I will be an election day poll worker tomorrow in a particular district in a particular town in eastern Morris County. Anybody else from here? Good luck if you see me, oh boy...

I hope you realize that most of your co-workers will be Senior Citizens.
Hopefully you won't retreat in a state of panic.

No matter the county, almost all poll workers are elderly people.
I have a feeling that the theme of the OP's next thread will be something along the lines of...
Why were the other poll workers all staring at me?

I worked the polls in a Union County district about 2 years ago and there were actually two other workers who were younger than myself in their 30's. It was a VERY LONG BORING, 15 hour DAY and we were only allowed an hour break for lunch. They frowned on us taking additional breaks. The pay was about $200 for the day, which I had to pick up myself. I was called to do it again last year, but chose not to. I may do it again this November since I will be off from my regular job.
