on the GWB, every weekday morning during rush hour, easily hundreds.
there's a line at the top of the crosswalk, and another line downstairs by the bus stop.

i rather have traffic running smoother than being jammed up from the toll booths

everybody knows the traffic isn't caused by toll booths.
it's the 12 lanes of toll booths bottlenecking into 2 or 4 lanes (depending on which crossing), and accidents/road work/volume.

Same thing in the afternoon. I live in NYC but work in Fort Lee. I carpool back home.
