I'm glad Dad's not here anymore to see what's going on. He died in 1999 at the age of 78, 55 years after losing his legs. He had just had a painful stump revision to remove old infected bone from the ends of the legs and was undergoing physical therapy in anticipation of being fitted for new prosthetic legs when he died of a heart attack.

He was a lifelong Republican and a Christian, but also a logical, level-headed person, and when people like Pat Robertson started making their noises, he felt that they were getting out of hand and going too far. If he saw what kind of a thing we have as a President now, he'd be sick to his stomach.

As if your definition of "murder" carried any weight. Feel free to move to a country with no military. Additionally, I have never seen a parking lot where spaces were reserved for veterans.

My observations show that all Reagan supporters love the President and even more than Reagan.

i believe i have seen it at shoprite and lowes.

my definition of murder doesnt seem to carry much weight in a place where many people seem to worship murderers. i dont perceive that as a flaw of mine.

Walking a few extra feet is not going to kill you.

I usually park at the far end of the lot anyway. Less dings on my car.

Rather than complain that there are too many handicap parking spots, perhaps those of us who do not need a handicap spot can appreciate how lucky we are.

had to stop by shoprite this morning so i snapped this pic. its for wounded so just let them get a handicap sticker. no sense in humiliating them by pointing out the evil that they have participated in.

I see veteran spots in parking lots in many places. Lowe's has them. I ignore the sign and park there. Kind of silly to designate parking spots for any able bodied person, no matter their contribution.

Disabled/handicapped, that's a different story.

+1 to both of the above.
There is an old saying... along the lines of...
I complained because I had no shoes until I met a man who had no feet.

Hmmmm...
