Edison - Riverview Co-op apartments (sales, HOA fees, buying)

Hi Guys,

I'm planning to buy a co-op at - Riverview - York Dr, Edison, NJ 08817. Sale price is cheap for 1 bed room and 2 bedroom's ranges from 40k to 80k

Anyone have info on these apartments, how good is this - area,schools and is it worth buying there ?

You should find out what they charge for HOA fees. Some sales prices are cheap if there are high HOA fees that nobody wants to pay.

HOA fees is 948, but that covers property taxes, gas, heat, maintenance etc., that seems reasonable.

HI, Did you buy the property in Riverview Edison? Where do you see HOA covers the Property tax? In Zillow, i saw HOA does not cover property tax.
