How hard is daily parking at Jersey Avenue and/or New Brunswick? Can you still get spots at 8:00 am?

Not easy is the best way to put it. Parking is always occupied, at least when I am there! My rule of thumb is that parking in New Brunswick overall is a hard time during the work.
