Restaurant Seranade, in Chatham has always been a personal favorite. I would call this #1.

Faubourg Restaurant and Bar in Montclair, gives it a run for it’s money.

David Burke at Orange Lawn is really good too.

Jockey Hollow Bar and Kitchen.

Nahhh, ray-cissm is over whenever we say it's over. Only different antiquated opinions keep that old imaginary bat floppin around. People are way beyond old time rassisms.
