you will get your racial diversity...when i was going to school there....i beleive 20% of kids were black. That might have changed now. However, i lived in plainsboro west windsor all my life until age of 24... starting from 2nd grade. We even had race riots in schools back then. Plainsboro use to have alot of lower income housing apt and housing. Around the time i was moving out...toll brothers came in and starting building some exp homes...things might have improved by now. I remember alot of blacks would come from trenton and newark tho. By the way the schools are way overcrowded..that why they made a south and a north.

Do you know if there are buses to Princeton Junction from Plainsboro or somewhere in West Windsor?
Thanks.
There are NJTransit buses from the apartment complexes to the PJ train station. NJTransit Bus 600.

There is a new Middlesex county bus that goes through Plainsboro (starts at Jamesburg) and goes to the train station as well. I'm not familiar with details.

The buses in West Windsor only stop near malls and corporate offices and not near residential.

West Windsor or Plainsboro is THE area to live in if you care about schools. Otherwise, like others have said, the commute will be long.
