I am a New Jersey DEP radon specialist and what you don't find mixed in with the general school and town information is that Chesterfield is a DEP Tier One radon zone.....its a high incidence area....to be Tier one at least 25% of the tests have unsafe levels......if your buying there get a radon test !

Default Chesterfield

We actually live in the neighborhood as well as help market the homes. We did a lot of research before we decided to move here. Give me your email and I will send you more info than you need.

You can also visit www.teamsenter.com and find info on Chesterfield, search the MLS on a map, as well as compare communities. You can also complete a market snapshot that will show you what is going on in your neighborhood staright from the MLS.

I just checked out the chesterfieldnewjersey.com site and it does say the high school and middle school for chesterfield/crosswicks in Northern Burlington High School in Columbia, and NOT Bordentown. We had thought of buying there in 2007 but gave up due to not hearing good reviews about the High School.

Anyone who can clarify on this? Thanks.
