Perhaps its time Atlantic City move forward and leave the casino culture and look at creating a diverse economy.
Atlantic city and Perth Amboy are cursed with leaders that have no vision. The treasure go to waste.

Easier said than done.

The best way to build Atlantic City back is make it a metropolis for Corporate Headquarters and even manufacturing. There is an airport and plenty of inexpensive land for housing. Many people would love to live down in that section of the state but there is no business down there to support it.

Who knows it could start a spark like others have stated the gays will come in and do a gentrification of the undesirables that live there currently.
