I am looking for Parking near the Summit Train station. Assume I am not a resident of Summit and commute round-trip daily during weekday rush hour.
Key desires for parking:
- Easy to Find a spot: I don't ever want to drive around randomly and hope to find a spot. This is my daily commute and in no way do I want this stress on a daily basis.
- No Meters: In no way do I want to feed quarters to a parking meter, or even add time via parking meter digital app.
- Close to the Train: It has to be a quick walk to the train. E.g. less than 5 minutes or so.
- Able to pay by the month - monthly payment would be ideal, with auto-payment even better. I don't want to think about my commute payment details
Here is my vision: I drive to Summit, park my car with no difficulty finding or paying for a spot, and walk to the train in less than 5 minutes.
Is there a private monthly lot for non-residents? I would pay $500 a month for that, seriously.

Considering your requirements and willingness to spend $500 a month, you should consider taking Uber or Lyft to and from the train station, and not bother with driving and parking.
All the parking lots are empty now, I haven't seen much cars even in the morning. It used to be bumper to bumper just to get close to these lots but now it's dead. I don't know if they have spaces but I'm sure the non-monthly spots are available.
