My wife and I will be moving into a 4 bedroom 2 bath coloial house(built 1923) in September and we are trying to figure out how much we should be thinking about per month for utilities. The house is 2300 sq ft gas for fuel, radiators steam, gas cook top, newer windows, and two window ACs. I know there's are a number of other factors needed to give a precise answer, such as how warm we like it in the house or how often we run the ac, but i'm just looking for a ball park idea of what we could be looking at.
