I can't see that as being realistic. How is putting a cart to the side on a curb any different than putting it in a cart container (which doesn't always have something to stop carts frome asily rolling out) or putting it in front of the building?

Judge Judy is a moron.

True. I hate shopping, I hate driving. I want it over with so I can get back to the comfort of my home. I work all week, I have no desire to do any work for the cart boys who run around picking up carts.

Think of it this way - I'm supporting the existence of their job.

I will not bring a cart back to the front, and I don't want to go an aisle over to go to one of those cart things. I'm a customer, not an employee, so I pretty much don't care.

Hmmm why am I not suprised??
I'm not an employee either but I certainly don't want my car hit so I extend it to others as well...even though I park as far away from the entrance as possible to avoid rogue shopping carts left willy nilly all over the lot by people who don't care

Nope. Not quite. I'm a guy, and I ALWAYS bring my grocery carts back to the corral. But then, I also do all the grocery shopping & cooking.

Putting it over the curb, as I said I do, is not leaving "rogue" carts "willy nilly all over the lot". You'd be hard pressed to convince me otherwise. I'm not going to go hunting for one of those shopping cart things in the lot if they aren't blatantly visible, and I'm not bringing them up front - they pay people to do that. Whats the issue here?

A true Irishman : ) My dad was the chef as well...only he was an Irish chef that owned Italian Restaurants... his name is Alfred but he always told everyone his name was Alfredo! He even pronounced our last name with an Italian twist to it... Flaherty = Fla Rity.

Well if your not parked by a curb and there are only so many slots in a parking lot by a curb and you won't use a cart rack if not blantantly visible........what do you do with your cart??? Leave it loose to roll & hit someone's car??
