Planning on coming to NJ from North Carolina for a few days in September and staying in a hotel. Anyone know what the travel restrictions are? Do we have to stay in hotel for 14 days? Is there a form we have to fill out? Thanks for any help
my dad actually got pulled over the other day by the sheriffs department on staten island to check to see if he is from one of the quarantine states.
i am considering preparing for one of those interaction so that i will not show ID or cooperate and accuse them of a 4th amendment violation. not sure its worth the headache, may make for a good video.

Technically NJ would like you to quarantine for 14 days, since NC is on the list as a state with rising numbers. They expect compliance, so basically unless a cop stops you, nothing will happen. However, that being said, please respect the lockdown we’ve all had to undergo to get the cases down to what they are and refrain from traveling to NJ. I hear NC has nice beaches too. Why not just stay local?
If I were you, I'd get tested 3 days prior to leaving for NJ.
Hopefully you get the results before departing, and that it's negative.
