Looks as though someone found a way to live rent free in NJ's richest zip code. Throw parties every weekend and charge each guest an entrance fee. No masks required. BUS LOADS welcome.
There are plenty of people that make a living by throwing parties.... I know a few that make a very good earning doing it. So starting a business around entertainment and parties is now "living rent free?" I'll tell you first hand, it is hard work and requires a lot of connections; venue, security, music, lighting, etc.. It also takes a bit of financial risk as they are the ones fronting the initial money to setup the event.
What I find unbelievable is how anti-business people are when they claim to be pro-business.
Now as for masks and current pandemic.. yeh.. I can't say I would agree its a good idea to have such mass groupings.

Context of the first post in this thread. Throwing parties isn't trying to live rent free.... Some actually do form a ligit business around event planning.
And yes.. I do agree that it is reckless to have such events during the pandemic... I said that in my post.

The whole thing is stupid. Why going to a stranger's house to pay to get in and drink is considering entertainment is very strange.
I don't like the noise when people have parties to begin with, but someone doing it as a business out of their home, residential isn't zoned for that. I'd call the cops too. As for not wearing masks, that's really childish and stupid.
so it's a horde of ghetto hood rats being bused in from NYC.
And some people think that they are going to cooperate with contact tracers. lmfao
