Lakewood Township is the fastest growing area in New Jersey in percentage terms...

The township population density went from 3,777 people per sq. mile in 2010 to 5,476 people per sq. mile in 2020...

That spills over into Brick and there is a Mosque on Rt 9 as well, Lakewod Rd kind of by Wawa.

There is a huge development of some kind going up on Rt 70, again, by a Wawa.

Some have speculated a lot of the Jews are moving from Brooklyn, not sure if that is true.
