We’ve seen all the crime stats on Bridgeton and still fell in love with a home on the Upper Deerfield/Hopewell side of Bridgeton. We’ve got horses that we want to bring home and the home is perfect for it. Moving from central Jersey and unfamiliar of the area. Do we have anything to be worried about out there? I love the country feel and it seems so far outside of the dangerous part but I can’t ignore the pit in my stomach that makes me worry.

The rural part of Bridgeton is fine, the crime is in the city/downtown part, the sections with apartment complexes, etc. I don’t think you should have anything to worry about.

You should be safe there. Your horse will probably get murdered, though.

The better question...what will you be doing for a job? The economy in that area ain’t exactly booming.

My job's 100% work from home. If anything I can hop into Philly in my line of work

He lives in Holmdel and works in NY. Don't pay any attention to him. He's never been to that area.
