it needs to be harsh. these people need to have an example set that its not ok to abuse their position and infringe on the rights of citizens (and non-citizens).

And the judge was in on it? C'mon, don't be silly. Yes, I believe he got a DUI on a .02. That's why the charges were dropped. The judge said he couldn't even contemplate a guilty charge for .02.

He took a drink in a Public park and was ticketed by park rangers. He wasn't drunk , so no DUI. All you haters need to move on.
