The mental gymnastics that are necessary to come to BtoTR's totally bizarre conclusion must be quite exhausting. But, I guess that you have to excuse the folks whose minds are currently mired in an orange funk.

Second, Bruce Springsteen could only be considered "America-hating" by those who think that any kind of criticism of the country is unpatriotic -- when actually, the opposite is true and is kind of the POINT of the good ol' USA. (Then again, my favorite bumper sticker is "Dissent is patriotic." )
But I am really appalled that Springsteen got a DWI. That's a big deal.

I don't know anything about his politics, but his music sucks lol.
NJ I *believe* has "reformed" DUI/DWI laws last year (remember, recreational Marijuana is now legal.. only took them 20 years, but, cool) so... more lenient..
Seriously, how does someone excuse DRIVING while INTOXICATED???????
Just a guess based on nothing factual, but I would bet that at least 50% of drivers have driven while intoxicated at least once.
