Well, the OP is looking for a restaurant at a hotel where they can stay, too, so I think the idea is not to have to go anywhere else.
I have eaten at the hotel restaurant when I've stayed at a hotel. Actually, the other day I ate at the restaurant in the hotel next door to the one where I was staying because the one where I stayed had no restaurant. They have a deal with the next-door hotel where they do a limited delivery menu of flatbreads, sandwiches, etc., that you order and then pick up from the delivery person in the lobby of your hotel, and I've done that before but I wanted a real dinner, not a sandwich, so I wandered over to the other hotel. There was only one other table occupied, so I sat and had dinner at a real restaurant. It was nice. Salmon, asparagus, and a salad.
You know you've stayed at the same hotel a lot when you remember the name of the front-desk person and she remembers you even though it's been four months. LOL.
