Kind of pissed off. I recently bought my NJT monthly bus pass at Nwk Penn ticket machine and it printed out very faded. You can still tell it is a May bus pass, but hard to make out the zone number unless you look closely. The one cust service agent there claimed they couldn't help me and just to keep the receipt (which wont do much good because that was even more faded).
Has this ever happened to anyone before? Whether it was a train or bus pass. Why wouldn't NJT simply exchange it for me in person? Should I go to a different agent and try again? If there was only a way I could upload the paper pass to the NJT app, that would be great.
LOL, and if my phone dies or worse anytime during the month, I will be screwed. There really should be a way to upload paper pass to your phone as back up. These passes are NOT cheap.
Update: NJ Transit did reply and instructed me to go to their customer service desk (not ticket agent) for assistance. Hopefully they can exchange it. I just know by the middle or end of May, that paper pass will not be able to be read.
