I'm a single bachelor and I would be interested in living in in areas like Downtown Jersey City. What's the idea salary to live comfortably?

Rent goes for like 1500 for a bedroom. If you work in JC, Hoboken or Manhattan then you need PATH/MTA passes. So thats say, 200 per month? You need 1000 for fun/night out/food (Your a bachelor lol)...

Id say if your income is 80k.. youll be fine.

I know someone who works and makes probably 70k? idk.. somewhere around there.. and does just fine.
