I havent been able to find a good list of communities which are townhome and ownership based rather than single-family homes in WW, Princeton Junction or Plainsboro area. I did some searches and found names like "Canal Pointe" etc. But can folks living in such communities give names please? Also could you let me know of commute to Princeton Junction that will be great.
I am looking at $400k (maybe slightly more) townhome. 3BR is fine. A small home will do and basement will be nice. Any luck that I may find something around this range?
I have been generally told that townhomes are available in the 350k-400k range. There are apparently newer developments a bit away from Princeton Junction.
Thanks in advance!

Townhomes in West Windsor-

Estates at Princeton Jct-about 1 mile from the station (no shuttle yet, but in the works)
West Winds- no transportation to the station.
Windsor Pond (no shuttles to the station)
Windsor Haven- across from the train station.
Canal Point has townhomes. It is in West Windsor but on the Princeton side of Rte 1 and has a Princeton zip (08540) kids go to WW-P schools.

In Plainsboro-
The Brittany
Ashford
Princeton Meadows
Hampshire
Princeton Landing
There are shuttles from Plainsboro to Princeton Jct station. You can call the township transportation dept. and find out the stops.

Check out realtor.com and look at the zips for West Windsor (08550) and Plainsboro (08536)

Default Thanks

Thanks for this comprehensive listing!
Would folks staying in these communities be willing to share outgoings like association fees and typical tax? I know tax will vary by size of the unit but will help us get an idea.
