Can I get some restaurant recommendations where one can pull up on a boat? I know of two down by Toms River: Martells in Bayville and Waterside in right in Toms River.
I'd like to find some more all along the shore. Willing to trailer to the nearest launch if the ride is too far (but the restaurant worth it).

Are you looking at only central Jersey area? because there are several in south Jersey like Lobster House in Cape May and the Deauville Inn in Strathmere, and I'm sure some farther north.
Eventide in Sea Bright and Bahrs Landing and The Proving Ground in Highlands. All have music all summer. I don't have a boat so I don't know how that works, but I know the Proving Ground used to have a little taxi service as well. If there was no room at the dock you could anchor on the water and they would send a guy out to get you. I don't know if they still do that.

All over, but I'd primarily be in the central area. I'm rarely further south than Bayville.

I'm definitely going to have to check out Highlands. If I launch from the Raritan, I can make it there in like 45 min. To be safe, I just need to find an on the water gas station to fill up before heading home. There has to be one there.
In Edgewater, there are some restaurant in the strip malls that are along the water front. Some of these strip malls even have docks. I am sure Hoboken, and DTJC have same. The Hyatt in DTJC has a restaurant in it, and I think there is a dock along its boardwalk.
