Mansfield Twp. Burlington County. Famous for a giant flea market.

Chesterfield in that area from what I understand is pricey for no apparent reason.

The real estate market is still crazy with the mass exodus of millennials from the cities looking to buy homes in the suburbs. An area that is very spread out with homes on large lots is a safe haven for social distancing. We looked at 20 houses and lost bids on I don't know how many before we finally got lucky with ours, paid $13K over the asking price and it still appraised at $5K over that! That was in March and from what I understand our home value has only increased since then. And we're across the river in PA.

It's near Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. Military officers want to live there because it's not far from base.

I know the definitive answer, without knowing anything about the town.

Because demand is greater than supply.

Nothing else matters.
