Hey guys, I've been reading quite a bit of this forum during my recent house hunting. Got some great information so thanks in advance!

Here's my question: I'm thinking about putting an offer in on a home in the Rutgers Village development in New Brunswick. I like a neighborhood feel and like being close to the turnpike and the bus/train to NYC. I work in the city and my SO works in Sayreville so the commute for both of us seems great. Does anyone have any advice or input on the development? We do not have children and do not plan on having them so schools are not an issue for us. The taxes seem more reasonable than many places we have been looking at.

I just kind of wanted to get opinions and whatnot before we put in an offer. Don't want to be surprised by anything crazy! Thanks in advance for any input!
