I’m not sure the day trippers are any better than the drunks you were dealing with.
Brother was a Beach Commissioner. He use to love walking the boards and finding people like that young Father. The rules were posted in the Office where he bought the badge and again where ever he enters the beach, he knew the rules, abide by the rules or leave.
