South, most of central and northern don't compare in terms of quality of life.

Is this like I can dream kind of question or is there specific criteria?
If we didn't have to commute and I could have a chauffeur, then I would love to live in the Mendham area. I like the deer to look at but get really nervous on the road with them.

Northwest Jersey - the others don't compare in terms of quality of life.

Most people will post where they live simply because in their opinion they bought the home in an area that they like. So with this said my vote would be central Jersey right by the coast.

Hey, if I could have afforded it, I would have chosen Monmouth County (Central Jersey where I grew up) but I couldn't so I am now in South Jersey. It's all good, dawg!

I can drive to most anyplace in South Jersey in two hours and I can drive to most anyplace in North Jersey in two hours. Why would I want to live anyplace but in a Central location?

Even though I don't live there, I choose Central Jersey. I like it because I feel you get a little more house for your money there (at least compared to North Jersey) and wealth seems to be more evenly distributed there when compared to South and North Jersey. I also like the different landscapes of the area (the urban downtown of New Brunswick, the nice suburbs of Somerset, the beautiful rural areas of Hunterdon, and the shore areas of Monmouth).
South Jersey is not really my cup of tea unless I got to live in Haddonfield, Voorhees, or Moorestown. These towns I like!
