I was just wondering if anyone has any the inside scoop about this project. Will there be any rental units?

It's a for-sale condo project, so unless the owner's association allows unit owners to rent their units, you're out of luck.

Out of the three projects going on right now downtown
The Skyview, Savoy and Park Square

I think The Park Square is the only one with rentals
