I literally feel nauseous right now. And to boot, my cheap ass gym refuses to turn on the air conditioning. The owner keeps telling me "it's broken".

I was reading my local paper today and a story read, "...beach not the place to be during heatwave."

It's cresting into the triple digits but the ocean is still way too cold to cool off. Ocean temps weren't even at 60. Basically, one could get their feet and ankles wet but anything more and it would be a shock.

Everyone into the pool!

Shanny

if the wind is out of the west then the beach is no place to go for comfort

I wonder if that's why it felt so much cooler in Seaside the other day than Pt.Pleasant or of course Toms River more inland.

Something tells me it wasn't the wind but maybe the ocean was still cool.

Two of my coworkers from the Atlanta office are at our Parsippany office today, and they've been emailing me since they got in last night about the weather. They can't believe how much stickier it feels up there than what they left down here yesterday.......lol.
