After being away from NJ for 12 years, I thought I was going to be prepared for a HHH (Hazy, hot and humid) day....NOT! Today is day 1 of 5 of this very early season heat wave. Thank God for AC! That would be air conditioning not Atlantic City, LOL!

How are you all managing so far?

I want my mommy! WAAAA!

It's unbearable! Feels like FL again...matter of fact it's cooler there now!
The only other place in the country like here is the desert southwest!
How did we get so lucky?

It's funny....I live in TN now and for some reason people down here think it never gets hot in NJ. WTF??? NJ is just as hot and humid as TN.

We have a huge range of temps in NJ. Anywhere from near zero to 100+!
My AC didn't go on until around noon. My house stayed very cool until then.

It's just bad timing because the ocean and pools are still too cold! Maybe the pools will warm up this weekend.

Ha! I think I just decided that last winter. After many years of going back and forth, which was worse. After weighing everything,I can deal with winter better!

Today was an example of a day that was so hot, there was nowhere to escape the heat. I was crawling out of my skin and there was nowhere I could go to cool off. I could just as soon stand outside in below zero temps in winter and feel none the worse...but how often do we have below zero vs hot & humid?

This sux also because the wife of course is the opposite of me and can't deal with the cold. Otherwise I'd already be living in North Dakota!
