Is it safe to transfer from River Line to PATCO at midday and evening hours? I would be going to Philadelphia around 11 AM and returning to New Jersey around 9 PM. Or is it only safe to be waiting at the transfer station during rush hours?

I can't speak for safety, camden isn't exactly a nice city, I'd be more worried about the schedule, the line shares tracks with freight trains and after "normal" hours the freight has priority

for a guy I wouldnt worry about it safety wise if ur not wearing a suit, 9pm isnt that late the sun has just went down
