Does anyone know what the issue is with Cubberly Meadows and why they can't sell the homes? Are large homes like that out of place in Robbinsville as it seems the majority of homes are much smaller and selling for half that? Has Robbinsville not yet reached the point of attracting that type of buyer?

It's just the post-peak drop and they were trying to sell them for top dollar. The most expensive homes are always the ones that suffer the most in an economy like this. It's not a problem with the town, IMO, just the economy and the price of those homes.

Any plans of starting an express bus service from Washington Town Center to NYC? So that WTC residents simply have to walk to catch a ride?
