I'm meeting someone, who'll be picking me in NYC and then driving upstate, but since I know people hate driving into NYC, I offered to cross over to NJ. I was thinking Hoboken, and I was thinking about meeting at some place (near PATH or the bus station, maybe?) where I could have breakfast while waiting. Any suggestions?

Turning Point, but that is all the way uptown on 14th & Hudson. Or Zack's, which is on 2nd & Willow. Or go to Jersey City to the Brownstone on Jersey Ave at Grand St - they have about 25 different kinds of pancakes & omelettes, plus regular diner food.

Sorry if I wasn't clear, but I'm arriving by bus or PATH, on foot, so looking for something that would be nearby - say within a half-mile or so. Some pleasant, not Dunkin Doughnuts.
